The LACAOSA instrumentarium is available for loan to full LACAOSA members. In borrowing the instrumentarium, you assume full responsibility for the safety and condition of the instruments and are liable for any repair or replacement needed due to damage beyond normal use. The instruments must be safely stored at the site agreed upon in the contract. Your application will be reviewed by the LACAOSA Board, and you will be contacted to arrange the loan dates and sign an official contract. Instrumentarium loans will be made on a “first-come, first-served” basis to qualified applicants.  The LACAOSA Board reserves the right to evaluate all conditions of the loan before agreeing to the loan.

There is a suggested donation amount of $25 to cover the cost of repair for normal wear and tear.
