The LACAOSA instrumentarium is available for loan to LACAOSA members who have completed Level One training. In borrowing the instrumentarium, you assume full responsibility for the safety and condition of the instruments and are liable for any repair or replacement needed due to damage beyond normal use. The instruments must be safely stored at the site agreed upon in the contract. Your application will be reviewed by the LACAOSA Board, and you will be contacted to arrange the loan dates and sign an official contract. Instrumentarium loans will be made on a “first-come, first-served” basis to qualified applicants. The length of time for the loan will be determined by need, but will be no longer than two months. The LACAOSA Board reserves the right to evaluate all conditions of the loan before agreeing to the loan.

There is a $25 usage fee to cover the cost of repair for normal wear and tear.
